Madelia Community Calendars
The Madelia Lions Club continues to coordinate the Community Calendar project.
The community calendar is used extensively throughout the year (September 2024 – September 2025) to avoid scheduling conflicts when planning meetings and other special events. All known school events are printed on the calendar, as well as other important town dates and activities.
Business Advertising
The Madelia Lions Club is currently working on updating the Community Calendar for 2024-2025. Funds generated from this project help to support the Madelia Lions Club with activities throughout the year: Youth Bean Bag Tournament, Youth Bowling, Cookies & Hot Chocolate for Razzle Dazzle, and other community requests. Lions are ready and willing to jump in wherever there’s a need. This year, we will be distributing 500 copies free of charge. The Community Calendar lists all known school events for all Madelia Schools, as well as other important dates and activities in the Madelia Community.
Listings
Special events (birthdays, anniversaries, meetings, etc.) are one dollar ($1) each. Orders will include a birthday being shown on that calendar day, an anniversary shown on that calendar day, etc.
